1. Registration Process
Participants are required to complete the registration form with accurate information.
Upon submission, participants will be redirected to WhatsApp to connect with our team for payment instructions and booking confirmation.
Submission of the registration form alone does not guarantee or confirm a seat.
2. Masterclass Fee
Standard Price
RM 699 per participant
Applicable for registrations fully paid after 14 July 2026.
The organiser reserves the right to revise pricing, promotions, availability, or registration closing dates without prior notice.
3. Deposit Payment Option
Participants may reserve a seat by making a non-refundable deposit payment of RM200.
However, payment of the deposit alone does not secure the Early Bird rate.
To qualify for the price of RM699, full payment must be completed and verified by our team on or before 8 September 2026.
4. Outstanding Balance & Payment Deadline
The registration will automatically be converted to the Standard Price.
Any amount previously paid will be deducted from the Standard Price.
The remaining balance must be fully settled on or before 8 September 2026.
Failure to complete payment by 8 September 2026 may result in the cancellation or release of the reserved seat without refund.
5. Seat Confirmation
Seats are only considered confirmed once payment has been received and verified by our team.
The organiser reserves the right to release any unpaid or partially confirmed bookings without prior notice.
6. Payment Verification
Participants are required to provide valid proof of payment for verification purposes.
The organiser shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, failed transactions, or unverified payments.
7. Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy
All payments made, including deposits, are strictly non-refundable.
Purchased seats are transferable on a one-time basis only.
Any transfer request must be communicated and approved by the organiser before the event date.
The organiser reserves the right to reject transfer requests submitted with incomplete details or after the stated deadline.
8. Event Postponement
In the event the Masterclass is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, speaker unavailability, venue-related matters, government regulations, or circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, all confirmed payments will automatically be carried forward to the revised event date.
No refunds will be provided due to postponement.
Participants will be informed of the new event date through the contact details provided during registration.
9. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to:
Amend the event schedule, venue, instructors, programme content, or event details where necessary.
Make operational adjustments deemed necessary for the successful execution of the event.
